Weimar Mobile Excavator, blue

The introduction of the Weimar mobile excavator T174 (by VEB Weimar Werke) began as early as 1965. With the series production start of the T 174-2 in 1974, the undercarriage was redesigned to include additional hydraulic supports. Even today, these excavators are still in use in agriculture, construction, and various other industries.

The model, featuring a fully articulated grapple and hydraulic stabilizers on the undercarriage, has been lovingly recreated in miniature. The printed labeling and ventilation grilles are executed with extreme precision, allowing each diamond of the wire mesh to be seen almost effortlessly with the naked eye. Even the safety texts and warning labels on the articulated arms are sharply printed, lending the models a high degree of authenticity. The rugged, profiled tires enhance off-road capability and ensure the model is fully ready for challenging TT terrain.
