Payment, shipping and returns

For payment we currently offer the options prepayment or Paypal Plus. If you choose payment method Paypal Plus, you can also pay by credit card or SEPA direct debit. A Paypal account is not required for this.

If you pay in advance, we will send you our bank details and payment reference by e-mail. Your order will be processed after receipt of money (1-3 working days).
Lead time of your order is usually around 2-5 working days. A purchase contract is not concluded until the ordered goods are shipped.

Shipment will be effected by GLS. A delivery to post office boxes or general deliveries are not possible.

Shipping costs
For shipping within Germany we charge EUR 5,99 per delivery. We offer free shipping for deliveries within Germany from an order value of EUR 50,--.

For deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Austria we charge EUR 13,99 per delivery. Free shipping to these countries is available from an order value of EUR 150,--.

For deliveries to Italy, Poland, Spain and the Czech Republic the shipping costs are EUR 19,99 per delivery.

For deliveries to Finland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia and Slovenia the shipping costs are EUR 29,99 per delivery.

Shipments are currently only possible to the countries listed above.

Damaged shipment
If your shipment is delivered damaged, please inform us about the damage within 7 working days from delivery by sending an email to info@busch-model.com.

Returns
If you would like to return items, you will find information about your right of revocation and a revocation form in §6 of our GTCs.
